The uncanny is when something is familiar yet it is foreign at the same time,
resulting in a feeling of it being strange and making you feel uneasy and
uncomfortable.
Things that are uncanny to me - opposite to expectation / juxtaposition
- open doors and windows
- shadows
- missing objects
- objects that shield identities
- extremely enclosed or extensively open
- unnecessary items
- unclosed
